mixed experience at resort
long queues prejudiced staff
the buffet area had long queues, quite inconvenient. when my group was finally seated, we received less desirable tables compared to other guests. this occurred throughout the trip. the staff seemed prejudiced towards my group and other guests.

wonderful stay
convenient app great buffet farewell song promised perks
i enjoyed the convenient app for room service. the bucaneers buffet had a great selection. the staff at the gondola sang a nice farewell song. expedia vip status was honored with all promised perks like a room upgrade and late checkout.

the staff showed consistent attention to detail and provided very helpful assistance i received prompt service at all dining locations the concierge team was helpful and courteous throughout my stay too.

my room included a stocked minibar with local products like rum the room was spacious and well maintained with two separate sinks and a rainfall shower the balcony provided comfortable seating i used daily.

wonderful stay
room upgrade welcome gift hydrotherapy access
The resort honored my expedia vip status and i received all the promised perks. i got a room upgrade, a welcome gift, and late checkout. i also had daily complimentary access to the spa's hydrotherapy. It was a amazing experience.
the food at the asian restaurant did not quite meet my expectations based on previous dining experiences, though the buccaneers buffet was excellent.

The check-in staff deserves a raise. The entire crew was fantastic. every staff member were pretty good too ensure i felt special. their efforts were greatly appreciated.

the flowrider kept the kids entertained, it made the days more fun. the resort also has a water slide and splash zone for babies and toddlers. these facilities were perfect for families

pleasant surprise food variety polite service
The welcome upon arrival provided a pleasant surprise. the variety of food on the menu for breakfast was good. the food options overall were good. Steven at the bar by the pool was very polite and willing to serve us. wine in each room proved an added bonus!
the check-in process took too long.

The resort is perfect for families, especially for kids. the flowrider, water slide, and splash zone kept the kids entertained daily. My family enjoyed every minute of their time there. i was very grateful.
